What the heck is "Beef O'Brady"????? Is it some kind of Restaurant chain or some kind of soup or just a Beefy guy named O"Brady??? What ever it is, it's kind of a funny name for a bowl game......makes me laugh anyway.

Hopefully they're not going to wait for the final BCS standings to come out before the N.O. Bowl sends out their invitation!! Personally I want SMU. I believe they would bring the most fans.
