I believe the leemanster is speaking of the "Special Edition" Thursday night HUD show in New Orleans at their new Walk Ons near the dome! It will be the Thursday before the bowl game.

Wish I could but I will be there about 20 hours later!

I was thinking of making some shirts since we have alot of family members going. I know there are restrictions on what i could use and it be legal without me getting my butt chewed out but I was thinking the interlocking UL followed by a fleur de lis sort of like a heart followed by N.O..The idea is sort of like the I <3 NY shirts. I am going to put together a design and see what it would look like i'm not exactly sure where i could bring it to get it done but I guess if enough people wanted these we could find a way to get them made.

I'm interested. I want to get "official" bowl shirts & hats, but right now I aint buying cause they aint sellin something I like. The only reason I knew the team had on New Orleans Bowl tee shirts the other night was I went to the trailer before the rally took place. I went up to the trailer & asked where the New Orleans Bowl stuff was. I was shocked when they told me I was looking at it. I didn't want to bring this up, but I got a butt load of stuff last year at the Cotton Bowl & you can READ & I mean READ what bowl it was from like 50' feet away. I don't know about yous guys, but I'm NOT ashamed of this bowl game. Henceforth, I want it to be known which bowl it is. That gear has me feeling like I belong to Thirtieth Baptist Church.

I know that UL is very particular about protecting their brand, as they should be. I know from previous experience that they have a very specific fleur de lis vector graphic that needs to be used and cannot be altered in any way. You might want to contact UL's Communication and Marketing department.

Just a point of clarification: the Cotton Bowl is NOT a BCS bowl. Little to no chance of Houston going there, since, if it does not qualify for a BCS bowl (only Sugar and Fiesta or possible), it would be contractually obligated to one of the Conference USA tie-ins.

I fear their passing attack. I think we'll have to stick with them offensively because IDK if our defense will be able to contain them. I hope I'm wrong though
