Looks like there will be only 2 teams left out. South Fla. probably won't beat WVU so the ones you have listed plus the Pitt/Syracuse winner makes 72. Eastern Michigan has 2 1-AA wins, so their 6 wins is not enough to be eligible.

My guess is that either FIU or Western Kentucky gets left out, and probably either a MAC or WAC school.

yes. 6 wins makes them eligible. they are in the title game because a 10-2 usc team, the real division champs, is ineligible to participate.

Actually, there is a $5 fee added to the total of the ticket cost. If 4 tickets at 42 = 168+5 total 173
