ULL signed La'Ryan Gary today. He is a good looking prospect. He plays for Carencro for those of you who do not know who he is. He is 6'6 SG/SF and is very good.

UL hasn't signed ANYBODY because the early signing period doesn't begin until Nov 9th.

The problem with Gary is his grades.He transfered from STM to Carencro because his mother was concerned about his education.

They'll get Gary's papers tomorrow. Look for the Cajuns to sign three others during this signing period....one more HS kid, a JUCO and a transfer.

Technically he can't sign until tomorrow, Nov 9th. Of course, if he doesn't then academically qualify then it is as if he never signed.

If the coaching staff believes he is good enough to be a Cajun then I hope he signs, qualifies and has a great career at UL.
