Take a look at the Mountain West, the Sunbelt needs to get some wins

Also look at who shares the same funding level as the SBC: the also-rans. We are at the lowest level. The Sun Belt needs to do something about that. The best way is to win against OOC teams (esp. from the "power" conferences) and in the post-season.
