This is unfair. I myself am from above I-10, on the same latitudinal line as Monroe, actually. My origin is every bit as Louisianian as yours. It is unfair and a bit assuming, disaffecting really, to claim that those raised in northern Louisiana are not really from Louisiana. Further, it obscures the real issue at hand. You see, the real difference between those who graduated from ULM or UL is not geographic. After-all, I know people from Acadiana who have decided for some reason or other to attend school up there. The real difference is "retardational." Yes, it is surely a neologism, but one that I am not afraid to coin. Why? Because people who *willingly choose* to go to ULM are freaking Retarded. And not just by a little bit, but teeth growing out of their fore-head, knitting their sister/wife a sweater type retarded.
You can't always take the Bud's seriously bro! I'm just having a little fun.
I ain't mad! The dry, fussy intro was my attempt to set up the retard thing. I just wanted to fit "retardational" into a sentence. Oh, and sister/wife.
