I am shocked that we are better than Troy n the turnover dept.

That will be where the game is won

Well it looks like they have a better defense and special teams for the season. However I would like to see those statistics over the last two weeks compared. Our defense has definately stepped it up a little in the last few weeks. What matters is how we are playing now, not the beginning of the season. We can only worry about whats ahead not behind if we want to win out and even have a shot at sharing the title.

I talked to a friend of mine that plays tight end for UL monroe and he said that Troy ran the ball all night and had no passing game! I geuss we see saturday in CAJUN FIELD!

I think overall we are a better team, but at this level (meaning the conference we play in) the team that doesn't turn the ball over will win.

    Troy 10

Assuming we win the turnover battle.

Well let's see. 13-10 Troy last year in Cajun Field. Cajuns bringing roughly the same team as last year. A lot better on the offensive line. Lost some talent at DB. Troy bringing a good D minus show-stopper Demarcus Ware. A little weaker on offense. Gotta be careful where you throw the ball with Faulk lurking around. I think our offensive line will wear them down. I think their offense is not potent enough to take complete advantage of our defensive weeknesses. With Ware gone and an improved O line, we will score 24 or more. Troy hasn't scored more than 21 all year, with 13, 3, and 18 in its last three games vs Sunbelt talent.

Keys: Don't set them up for easy scores. Keep them in 3rd and long situations. Continue the sack attack.
