Yes, good job O-line. You guys redeemed yourselves from last week. Way to man up!

Also, the downfield blocking by our WR is one area of great improvement this year. And how about that downfield block by McGuire on Blaine's TD run?!!

Here here, good job to all. That said, I must admit that I was concerned that McGuire's block might be called for a block in the back.

    Shows how little I know.

It was close but he got his head across in front of the defender so it was legal.

Back to Alonzo... seriously nice game. I love the way this guy runs. He has a lot of vision and patience to go along with his athleticism. We are going to be blessed for years to come. The OL did a great job last night as well. Our D stepped up huge. What a rebound from the WKU game!

I am almost positive that Harris was going to be a LBer and a damn good one but upon letting him try a little at TB and realizing the speed he had and seeing his performance in Summer----It became a no brainer---- My description of him would be----First off a thing that nobody mentions---The guy has Fantastic hands (think back to some low ball throws that he has made out of the backfield)--- a lanky 210 that has galloping outside speed and great body lean---Can twist his body for the extra yardage (Hell he ran backwards for 5 yards on one TD)-----When caught up inside he has the strength to move the pile for extra effort yardage-----Something extra he brings is a one on one JUKE that causes him to avoid tackles (guys to miss)---When on a break to the outside he uses his speed, power, illusiveness to cause defenders to read his path rather than to attack---Here he just crushes the almost always smaller defender---No critique yet on his blocking but heard it was great!!! What a pick-up!!!!!!
