Killing us ---go to ESPN to see the drive chart---BTW---just think if we would have had some field position tonight----Cajun Drive starts-2/16/45/35/9/10/17/20/12/36/9/40/29/25/------Midd Tenn had great starts nearly all past our 40 yard line----ESPECIALLY after KOs---It is gonna bite our butts if we don't find a reasonable KO dude!!!!

Didn't hear the reason, but Lance Kelly kicked off for us tonight...maybe Stover was injured? In any event, that contributed to most of MTSU's field position.

I didn't get a chance to see or hear the game.. On Coach Hud's radio show he stated that Lance would either kick the ball into the endzone but most probably out of the edzone every time!... How did he do?..

They have to take the red shirt off Alverez. This isn't rocket science. If Alverez can't kick off then they need to recruit a top notch high school prospect next year. Either way they have to find out. You can't kick like that against ASU or Arizona or you're done thinking about the SBC championship & for sure a double digit win season. They have to have field kicking against higher level cometition.

Agree 100% and I have been thinking this since the moment Stover got hurt. I do not understand why the coaches are even considering not using Alverez? If we were not in the race for the SBC championship and had no chance of getting bowl eligible then I would understand the idea of MAYBE not pulling the redshirt off of Alverez but yeck we are very much in the race, 1 win away of locking down a bowl game, and we are just down right horrible on kick offs right now. I would think Alverez would take one for the team and go to coach and ask to have his redshirt pulled off also.
