A more consistent rushing game in these years would have meant more wins...Giving the defense more rest...Originally Posted by Turbine
Great research, Turbine. The running game seems to be a force to be reckoned with.
I am thinking the same thing.Originally Posted by JMVCAJUNS

We are currently ranked 12 in the country in rush yards per game as a team. That is very impressive. Everyone keeps complaining that we are losing because we are missing Babb as quarterback and we ARE missing his passing but these last three games the defense has let us down not the offense or lack of a passing game. The offense has done a great job of controlling the clock and keeping the defense off of the field and still the defense can't hold up in the fourth quarter. I would hate to see if we would have passed more and extended the game maybe Arkansas State would have scored 60 in the last quarter.
