For the most part I thought our front seven played pretty well. Did not think our safeties and CB's played well. They let the TE's and WR get open too many times.

I think this is mostly due to the Cajuns being primarily focused on stopping the run. Whether or not one or more of the safeties are in the box on a given play, no doubt they have an eye on what is happening in the backfield ... and can get caught peeking just long enough. The corners are needed in run support as well.

Really!? Is this REALLY how a 6-1 team plays?! Absolute BS. I can understand going up there and having a let down and maybe losing a close game, but we got the cr@p kicked out of us by a 2-4 football team with an 18 game home losing streak. Un f'in

Back to reality. It confirms what we already knew, but didn't want to admit. The difference between winning and losing in the sunbelt is minuscule. Jay's analysis looks spot on.

I'm disappointed in the play of our safeties this game. Stokes and Moten looked lost anytime WKU passed the ball.
