Well with a house of 15 guests, tons of food and beer the radio really wasn't what we had hoped for.

I got disconnected from Cox 3 times, (no wonder since I have Cox phone too.) The second person I spoke with told me they were working on changing the signal. The 3rd person said these types of programming decisions were made out of Atlanta. After I offered to buy the Atlanta office an Atlas so as to familiarize themselves with the area, I was mysteriously disconnected again.

I will continue on my crusade for answers and at least some sort of apology. I spent hundreds of dollars for a group a Cajun fan friends to enjoy the game woth us. We had tv's set it every room and on the patio. We had iced beer, jambalaya, wine, the works.

I spent all that money and money on a service I should had. You think Cox will reimburse me for any of my trouble?

BTW, I am still waiting for a call back from a Supervisor...about 11 hours now. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting...

That commercial.....what a joke! IN the cox commercial they try to tell that they are Cajun and so friendly blah blah blah and they dont even put on our home town team!

Here's my update....yet another disconnected call while on hold for the supervisor. I called back and asked them if they used Cox for their telephone service and the answer was "NO!" Uhhh, no kidding, I guess I am one of the few idiots who thought bundling was a good idea. Well it was until I realized my cell service is more dependable and while putting the pen to paper I only save $18 dollars a year!

I finally spoke with a nice and intelligent Cox employee! Can you believe it?

I explained my problem and he said I deserved an answer!( I almost passed out! )

Anyway, he said the bad thing was he couldn't give me an answer because he had been trying to figure this out and the last he could figure was that the calls were eventually filed into some kind of report which demands attention from their home office out of Atlanta. Evevn with follow up requests made today, the Atlanta office has not responded.

I told him I didn't care if their answer wasn't a good one, just that I wanted an answer. He agreed. So again I am waiting and waiting and waiting....

I also said that it was not beyound me to write Cox can't support the Cajus so I can't suupport Cox on my vehicle and driva all over town!

Another thing.....

I called Buffalo Wild Wings and they said they were showing the game. My friends and I went over there to watch football, baseball, and eat, but somehow they couldn't get it.

Several different workers told me they were showing it, but somehow they don't catch ESPNU (they put it on 609 and it was flashing) Anyway Buffalo Wild Wings used to be a corporate sponsor for the Sun Belt Conference, but now I can't find any info on the Sun Belt page to see if they still are.

I was ||||ed!! They said they have cable and satellite, so wtf?!?! Why not ESPNU? Had to go all the way back to my buddies house (where we were originally going to watch it....but decided to catch the Astros and some grub at the same time) and missed the whole first half!!!!

Maybe....I'm bad luck since we were winning when I wasn't watching....but I'm not going back to Buffalo Wild Wings anytime soon!!
