When the money was raised to build the IPF, money was also raised to improve and enhance the band.

I have seen no signs of these funds being put to good use.

They're getting new uniforms next year, just in time for their national appearance in the Macy's parade.

Why can't the band just wear white t shirts like everyone else!! The tee shirts are better than those black and red tight fitting outfits that some of them wear.
