I'm worried about the first road game in a month.

In the NFL teams win their third straight road game 10% of the time. Are there any stats on the jolt a team takes -hitting the road- after a month at home?

You know, last year UL overlooked WKU. There was no excuse for that loss, but it was almost understandable, WKU had the nations longest losing streak at the time, but because of that edge they walked out of Louisiana with a win.

Right now, UL has the 2nd longest in-season win streak in the Nation, the bulls eye on their back has never been bigger.

I just hope they can make the transition from a month of home comfy, to the hostile road environment, and come out of it with a win to put on the mantle. I think they will succeed, but I'm still worried.

6 wins gets you a bowl. One FCS victory can count toward that 6.

In the eyes of bowl selection committees, 6 wins and 7 wins are not to be discriminated between. Correct Jay?

I'm not worried. This team has played fairly well on the road and WKU plays poorly at home and is riding a lengthy home losing streak. Of course, last year they were riding a very lengthy overall losing streak when they came here... OK I'm worried now.

Troy in my opinion was huge... because, well it was Troy, but our most complete game was FIU, on the road as dogs by ~17, we fired on all cylinders that night to come out with the W, the game you Jay gave us no chance to win much less covering the spread!
