Couldn't agree more. Those two have been the heart and soul of this team for 13+ years. They have also taken so much heat for not taking the team farther. Kind of like what happened in San Antonio with David Robinson. Once Tim Duncan got here they were able to take the next step. Perhaps now there is enough talent around these two guys to go all the way. Would be nice.

More than that, I want Bagwell to have one of those Kirk Gibson moments in the WS, being that his role is limited to PH (or possibly DH).

I was at Sunday's game when the Stros clinched and when the crowd saw No.5 come out of the dugout to PH, the place just blew up!!!

Agree. Was nice to see him contribute yesterday with the base hit. He didn't look great with that at bat; but did the veteran thing and got the hit! Hoping for another win tonight with Clemens on the mound!
