    * Being that we are allways hurting for money this would be a excellent foundraiser

    * Why not travel during March and play the Astros during spring training in (Kissimmee Florida) or the Rangers(Surprise Arizona) Get some people together to help sponser this trip and play them two games each.

    * The Astros and/or the Rangers could return the trip during March for a two game series at the Tigue. They would still be in spring training mode.

    * I believe this could generate huge money for the Baseball program. Granted more bleachers could be move to the outfield for fans. This could also give the players some experience against big leagers. Also wood bats could be used for the Cajuns.

    * Please give input on this and lets see if we can make it happen in 2006
There has been work on playing the Yankee's at the Tigue for some time now. hopefully this will come to pass in the near future!!!

YANKEES'S, that is right!!! Gerald, Tony and Ron Guidry have had some good talks with them and it seems as though it will happen for a fund raiser for the Cajuns.

This is something like the deal Gerald ALREADY DELIVERED with the Sacromento Kings and the N.O. Hornets!!! He is still working on something with the Texans/Miami/Saints!! So laugh all you want but it just may happen and is within the realm of possibilities.

Daddy Cajun I wasn't laughing at the Though of the Yankees coming to town. I was laughing because I thought you were a Houston Astros fan. Just wanted to clear up the confusing. Thanks JMVCAJUNS

Robe is a busy man but part of his head coaching duties is not only coaching but also adminstration work which includes scheduling.

When is the 06 schedule coming out?

Any word on the non-conference opponents, other than the obvious in-state teams.
