As far as whipping our arse goes, I'd say yours got spanked when it counted...especially on the final drive...no passes...just MAN TO MAN pounding it right at you. There wasn't anything you could do.

Once you realize you're as bad as you are is when you can finally start doing something about it. We know we're not that great right now. We know we're a work in progress and we know that we're getting better. No I don't think we're a nat'l champ team and you won't see me on a nat'l champ board. What I do know is that MAN for MAN this team beat your team. I also know that UCF is in a much better place then U La La. I'm here because some of you people talk pretty big for being punked by UCF for the third straight time. UCF owns you. However, this was an OOC game and it means nothing so get over it, fix what needs to be fixed and go kick some Sunbelt arse!

You won the game ...congrats.. You were dominated in the second half by a team as young as yours...Our O'line throttled your D... we could have piled up 500 yds if we had some common sense....

cant wait to be conference mates...

How many rushing yds is Memphis gonna pile on you guys...?

Once again the word "shredded" comes to mind... LOL!!

    Good luck with that OK...

Yep ,they won. Let's leave it at that and hope for better. I personally can't believe there were no Offensive holding calls made during this game. But , Hey, you won, we lost. Let's go on and see what happens to both of our teams at the end of the season.

One fun thing about not talking like an idiot before the game is that I don't have to feel bad about talking after the game.

I mainly came back on tonight to see posts by Zeebert and Black and Gold - two of my favorites on here in the last week.

I really didn't think B&G would have the nerve to grace this board with his presence after the near-loss - but don't worry Cajuns...any Knight with a cocky attitude is going to have a very long season. We won't be doing anything too special until 06 or 07.

Z - You should have been on the ucf board a little more since you went out of your way to logon to Rivals.

I'm not sure what you mean "can't wait to be conference mates" - don't see that happening? Nothing personal.

Finally - yes we got beaten in the third quarter. If we could play our best for 60 minutes each week - we'd win more games.

I give you guys a lot more credit than many UCFers do...but let's not get cocky. The refs called just as many against UCF (see UCF board for meltdown over stupid penalties on our end) and the refs didn't turn the ball over.

Good luck the rest of the year. Win the sunbelt!

Friend, your post is almost acceptable... Congrats on the win...

I tried to hang out a couple of times on your board, and was basically dismissed, probably because we're just backwoods Cajun hicks......

Plus I am not an #$^%#%$$ like black and gold...I choose not to go to soneone elses board as a guest and act stupid.

We run the ball all night the game is ours to lose.... Sadly your fans mistook us for that pathetic Marshall crew...

Its over... scoreboard UCF....good luck against Memphis...

dont think they dont have the game films from last night already in hand, and are drooling...

Trust me, I logged on to Rivals because Middle Tennessee is a member...had nothing to do with the mighty UCF...

    see ya next year.

Wow...that was a fun stroll down memory lane!
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like much has changed with regard to your program

I just thought I'd welcome you folks to Orlando and hope you have a nice stay. We delivered what we promised and opened up beautiful Bright House Networks Stadium. Enjoy the athletic village and our gorgeous campus. Don't worry about the natives...they don't bite. We may not cook like you all but the beer is cold and your welcome to some suds anytime. Just take a stroll down Memory Mall and say hi.

I suspect your boys will put up a good fight but UCF is very big, very strong, and very deep up front and will wear down the Cajuns in the 2nd half. You'll probably see two QBs in this game, Kyle Israel and Mike Greco. Kyle is the senior leader, very experienced and makes good decisions. Strong arm, tough as nails and is willing put a whoopin on someone when the time comes. If Greco gets some time....oh my! Look out for this youngster. Very accurate passer and a very fast and elusive on the ground.
    Two words...Kevin Smith! 'Nuff said.

Defense is much improved from last year and returns a boatload of players with some outstanding freshman sprinkled in the mix.

I think you'll put up a little more fight than Memphis did but not much more...

I have a vague recollection of times when the Cajuns did that. When you can run the ball down the other guy's throat in the 4th quarter, your defense can take off the pads and relax.

Don't underestimate us. Unless you want to be the Houston of 2007. We are alot better than the 0-4 record shows.
