I think the effects of Katrina and a poor start will have an affect on attendance. Normally, I'd be there. But with all of the work to do here on the Northshore, I doubt I'll be able to go. My guesstimate on this week's game attendance is 18,700. Hope I'm waaaay low! Geaux Ragin' Cajuns!

I'll say 18,500 because of the hurricane and the fact that the game is on t.v.

fla v. tenn on t.v. at same time will keep some people home. general college football fans in area, as opposed to die-hard cajuns, would likely prefer to watch two top ten teams than one [according to espn, shameful tho' the poll is] bottom ten team play a lower division school. as i hate florida, i admit i would like to watch them hopefully lose, but i still haven't seen any live football this year with the postponement and move out west, so i'ts the swamp for my family tomorrow.

I'd rather see people in purple and gold supporting the Cajuns than lazy Lafayette people not comin to the game.
