High school football playoffs?

I know it is still early in the season but where will the state finals be held being that the superdome is not possible? Do the cajuns have a chance at hosting at Cajun Field? Sure would bring in some desperate money for the athletic programs.

good idea, i doon't have any info on where, but i just had to let you know that hosting the lhsaa football finals at cajun field is a great thought that never even crossed my mind yet, and watch out for all my lil brothers on the westgate high team they're pulling it together in the hopes of having a breakout year

Right now, it's a toss up. Indy Stadium is Shreveport would seem to be the logical idea as it's the largest possible stadium for it. Tiger Stadium is being used too much this season and I don't think LSU would allow the LHSAA to play 5 games on their field in 2 days. Don't be suprised if you see 3 at Indy and 2 at Cajun Field. Spread it out a little.

It will be awhile before a decision is made, but they could do it the old way in which, in each class, someone gets a home game.

Or they could do it like in Texas and spread it around the state. They have state championship games at the Astrodome, the Alamodome, Memorial Stadium, Texas Stadium, Kyle Field, Rice Stadium, etc.
