The Massey Rating [one of the 6 computers in the BCS computer pool] has us at 26 this week [25 if you remove Wofford, an FCS school.] For Beaucajun's benefit, the CBS 108 is at 152 and CBS 104 is at 206.

Massey College Football Comparison [which averages 70+ polls and ratings] has us at 60.

Love the #28, but this is the worst poll I have ever seen. LSU #6? Wisconsin #12? Us four spots ahead of Oregon? CBS should hire a new guy.

Ranked above Oregon and Arkansas? I'm enjoying the 4-1 start, but forgive me for not getting too excited about these polls. I think a legit ranking will take a couple of seasons of consistently winning the Sunbelt.

These numbers are obviously crazy, but it is sign of progress....in the past we wouldn't have been 28 even if you only polled the moms of ragin cajun players.....

For those of you questionin the rankings, you need to read the posts before you. This is ONE computer system out of SIX that is used for BCS rankings. We will obviously fall lower once everyone gets into the meat of their schedules.
