I'm getting the feeling you just don't want to understand.

When you're opponnent takes the opening kickoff and drives down the field for a TD, that is not spotting points. That is getting beaten.

Spotting points would be fumbling the opening kickoff in your own endzone.

    DO YOU SEE THE DIFFERENCE?

I'll give you the second EMU TD. They only had to go 12 yards after the bonehead play by Adams.

The rest of the 1st half was one team BEATING another. It should not be sugar-coated in any way.

Remember, we're are talking about an EMU team that has had 1 winning season in 14 years.

They were 6-17 in the MAC the last 3 seasons.

They have 2 1-AA losses in the last 2 years.

Making excuses for losing to a team like that is getting REALLY old.

    I do now.

    Thanks.

It might take me a couple more games to decide how I feel about things though. :o

    About 7500 will stay away.

1-1 and 0-2 is the diference between 20,500 and 12,500

So you think we won't even break 20,000 this Saturday? I know we will have more than 12,500.

People from Natchitoches won't come down because they can't get hotel rooms.

This team has never had a problem flipping the switch to an all out passing attack. So why not start off with a passing attack? You can always run when you are ahead.
