Nathan Raffel, 23, and Hannah Ellaham-Raffel, 24, were UL students and entrepreneurs, cleaning office spaces, selling antiques, selling things on eBay and selling textbooks on Amazon, before entering the bakery business.

"We did everything," Hannah said. "We don't like working for other people, so we were like, 'You know, we gotta figure out how to do this, so if we have to do 70 different things at a time, that's what we have to do.'
