HOUSTON (11/11) - The Houston Texans have placed C Drew Hodgdon on the Reserve/Injured list after he suffered a sprained right foot Sunday against Jacksonville. To fill Hodgdon’s spot on the roster, the Texans have signed WR Donavan Morgan from the practice squad to their active roster.

**It's good to see an ex-Cajun get a cance to play in the NFL. Another ex-Cajun people forget about is the starting TE down in Jacksonville- BRYAN JONES. They were both Baldwin recruits.

Rumor has it, Fred Stamps is now down in Jacksonville as well.

The Buffalo Bills added a receiver to their roster Tuesday signing Donovan Morgan. The Louisiana-Lafayette product participated in an open tryout Monday that was held by Bills pro personnel director John Guy and scouting assistants Rob Hanrahan and Kevin Meganck, and the club thought enough of him to give him an extended look. Prior to signing with the Bills, Morgan spent the spring playing for the Tulsa Talons in Arena Football League 2. Through six games this season, Morgan led the Talons with 48 receptions and added 512 yards and 13 touchdowns. Morgan does have NFL experience. He was briefly on Kansas City's practice squad last year after he was a training camp cut in Houston. He had served most of the 2005 campaign on the Texans' practice squad. The rest of the story

Was at the inaugural home game of the Los Angeles KISS this weekend. Former Cajun Morgan, #1 for the KISS, had 11 catches for 170 yards and FOUR Touchdowns! Geaux Cajuns!
