What do you think UL is in the process of doing RIGHT NOW? The hiring of a professional athletic director. The hiring of Coach Hud. The increase of funding for scholarships, coaching salaries and recruiting? The commitment to build a new Strength and Conditioning Center in the indoor facility.

Improvements don't happen overnight. There has to be a commitment to start, a plan, securing funding, and then starting the project. UL has started the project. It may take 5 or 6 years to get there, but you have to remember it took 20 years to get so dang bad.

I can respect this. What I am tired of is the same lame excuses that we are some kind of world beater and not what we are. If we expect more, we get more, but the last several years have been the same crap of accepting the worst.

I understand we will take time, but we need to not accept the same old crap like we have for years. We have way too much potential for the results we deal with on a yearly basis. I am frankly tired of it.
