well that's why I put the "besides a W" in the title. and sorry for having expectations....Yea I'll be happy with a win but seriously after seeing our team the past few weeks I think winning by 3 touchdowns should be easy. hell, if bustle can crush southern then I think Hud can crush fricken Nicholles state. maybe unacceptable was a little harsh but it's time this team makes a statement. and barely pulling out a win against a 1-AA team will not make that statement.

I thought the use of the word unacceptable was a little harsh too. We are coming off of 3 wins last year and have not been to a bowl game in 41 years. If we win 17-0 Saturday, who in their right mind would tell HUD that this 2-1 crap is unacceptable?

There ya go. that's the right attitude.
the players and coaches have been sending the message to us and everyone else that they are a new team this year and they came to play. Hell, I believe them. If there gonna show that kind of confidence in themselves, then I'm gonna show that confidence in them. Believe me, the players are expecting to beat Nichollos by more than 21 points. why shouldn't we?

I gave Brick his own parking pass so he and Mrs. Brick can make new Bricks for as long as they want and show up whenever they want. Now, instead of hauling Bricks, I will arrive on my own schedule! See you Saturday!

Nothing wrong with expectations. I do think Nicholls is better than that Southern team we played. They haven't been good offensively, but their defense isn't terrible. And, it's not like our offense is lighting things up or anything like that.

The word unacceptable got to me I guess. It's all good.

But hey, I just want to be 2-1. I really don't care how we get there. Style points don't matter, especially if the East German judge is voting.
