Its a little bit of both, stAte is gonna be a very good belt team, but Memphis is also arguably the worst team in College Football.

But nice weekend for the Belt if we can get a win vs the Big East, MAC and CUSA.

a 4-4 OOC weekend would be a really nice weekend for the belt. The truth is that these wins will show up more at the end of the season (by getting more teams bowl eligible) than they do in the immediate. These wins are the difference between 1-2 teams bowl eligible, or 3-4 bowl teams eligible.
