Wow! I truly hope that one day that view can become a reality. I'd definitely be willing to throw some money toward that project. In my opinion, the athletic department building we have now is hideously ugly!

You need to send that picture to Dr. A.

Yes!!! we will have the best facilities in the entire state, the country, the world!!!
[Sarcasm] Now all we need is a coach, a winning season (one would nice), a bowl invite, and some decent recruiting[Sarcasm/]
Wow Turb, that picture looked great. It would be nice to see something built into the levee at the swamp like that. If you get around to sending the picture to the "big 3" let us all know what kind of response you would get. If we ever get something like this, I hope that its done in the same fashion as this picture, big, pretty, and with no expense spared.
Everyone knows what kinds of benefits this kind of thing could offer as far as recruiting goes (coaches and players), increased revenue if there are luxury sweets there, etc. But, it would also be great to be used as a supplement to the main concessions and bathroom facilities in the main concourse areas. Not sure if anyone who went to UH last year remembers, but they had a nice little building at the NE entrance nearest to where all the Cajuns were sitting. the building seemed pretty new, and wasn't very big, but it housed a concession operation, and a men's and woman's bathroom to supplement what was underneath the stadium. Something like this could be planned for the outer ends of the new athletic building. But, the nice thing about this is that it wouldn't be much at all to put up a few small little concessions buildings like this at Cajun Field right now, and they are badly needed.
I've always thought having a nice concession and shop for apparal/gifts, etc would be good to have on the south levee. Hadn't thought of additional restroom facilities; but that is really needed. Assuming we could add something like this to the south end zone; it could have a nice shop centered on the main level and a concession stand (recessed under cover to stay out of the elements); then be flanked on each side (one for the student side and another for the west side) with men's and women's restrooms. Obviously all these facilities would be easily accessible from the main field level; but then you could have either suites (I'm sure they would be sweet as well ) above this level and offices, etc above that. Seems that could be a workable design approach.
