Was it channel 617, or was it another channel.
That may be the problem. I saw 617 and it was shaded out.
Maybe I made the mistake of not looking for other channel numbers.

I guess you found it somewhere besides channel 617.

It was on 617 Chief. It may be the zip code where you live that got you blacked out.

I have to say Corner Bar did a GREAT job of pleasing both fans. UL game was on all TVs till 7, along with sound system on UL, @ 7 some TVs were put to LSU game and sound system was switched back and fourth between commercials, and there were WAY MORE UL fans there anyways! Just ashame both games didn't go the right way...

Hey Chop. Do you have any thoughts on the game?

Chop, do I have the sports package? Because the game was not blacked out. I believe it was a national telecast as long as u subscribe to the channel.

I agree with your opinion on the game.

The talent is in the underclassmen.
This is just a testament to the fact that RB stayed 3 years too long.

I cant wait till the talent catches up to the coaching.

I think there is a chance the FB will have season like the BB team did.
    Struggle early, then dominate late.

The good news is, the important part of the season is late, so you could see a 1 and 4 start turn into a 7 and 5 season.

Looking at the schedule, I don't see them losing to either Kent State or Nicholls. That puts them at two & one IMO.

I will not go to Walk-ons---I will tell them for sure NOT to do the UL show there next year---I wish the Ba-ha had made it----With us or against us and here goes another repeat of I love the "BOAT" of them thread----Last night at my house LSU news came from my son-in- law's I-phone or only if a commercial was on after our game was hopeless!!!!

But you will still go to Pete's when they did the same exact thing that walkon's did with worse food, and worse service?
This does not make sense to me.

Pete's was all LSU last night.

Should have joined us at Legend's on Bertrand for a great experience. Obviously half of the TV's had to go to the LSU game at 7 but by in large it was a very pro UL crowd. One LSU shirted d-bag chick and her equally moronic partner were throwing ugly looks and chanting things. The lameness only lasted 5 minutes maybe, no one paid attention to the noise. Had a great burger and far too many beers, left happy.

pete's bad, been bad for awhile. haven't tried it in years now.

walk-on's bad, ordered the burger, it was halved, first half was pretty greasy, then picked up 2nd half, bottom bun was saturated, could not finish.

maybe give 'em one more try.

Pete's was about 80% UL. Just the staff was pukes. Once the folks in our area reamed their ssses, we got UL sound and big screen back, and had no further trouble.
