There's probably some more that this site doesn't know about yet, I think we'll see a better list soon when recruiting picks up so more.

I guess that's why LSUA&M is looking at him also. "he hits like a ton of bricks"
Boom, not all of last year's recruits were 2-3 stars. Only Wallace, Frimal, and Hundley were 3 stars; and there were only a few others who were 2 stars before signing day. After signing day, any D1 signee will become at least 2 star by rivals. Fenroy was not a starred athlete according to Rivals. I would not put too much stock into Rivals but it is fun to look at.Originally Posted by Boomer
Here are some bust by Rivals that the cajuns have signed (starred before signing day)
2005 Lennox DB 2 star - never made it to campus
2004 Briggs TE 3 star - never made it to campus
2004 Brown WR 3 star - special teams player
2003 Williams QB 3 star - never got on the practice field
2003 Thomas DB 3 star - back up DB and back up special team player
2003 Scott LB 2 star - left school never played in a game
2003 Jackson WR 3 star - biggest bust on signing day! 30th ranked athlete
2002 Murchinson Wr 2 star-played 1 season then went to track 79 ranked WR
Since I'm not too familiar with how these sites work I have one question. Where is lists "Interest Level", is it referring to the school's interest in the player, or the player's interest in the school?
Denham Springs football coach Dru Nettles remembers enough about another former lightly-recruited, undersized center out of Denham Springs High making quite a name for himself.
A decade after Shannon Roubique distinguished himself over his four-year career at Auburn, the school has produced another such candidate in Ian Burks, a three-year starter under two different head coaches.
The 6-foot-3, 260-pound Burks, whose father and two uncles both played collegiately at LSU, decided to continue his own career with a commitment to the University of Louisiana following an official visit over the weekend.
"He's going to have great feet and be strong and be able to anchor down the middle," Nettles said of Burks. "A lot of people here in town talk about his body. Shannon Robique wasn't recruited real big out of Denham Springs and went to Auburn as an undersized center. Ian's the same way. He'll be about 270 and be a good college player."
Burks selected co-Sun Belt Conference champion Louisiana La. over UL-Monroe and Southeastern. He gives the Ragin' Cajuns their third commitment, joining Catholic of New Iberia fullback Matt Desormeaux and St. Thomas More place-kicker Tyler Albrecht.
"I've been kind of thinking real hard about where I wanted to go,'' said Burks, who is academically qualified.
