So you think Hud knew the fix, and was mad that he was losing the edge that Saunders brought?

Btw, I completely reject the idea that Hud didn't know the true nature of Saunders' doings after he was asked to leave the program. Has a secret of this magnitude ever been kept in this town? Somebody's wife, mistress, daughter, secretary or whatever said something.

I don't think Hud was mad he was losing Saunders, maybe he was mad when he figured out what he got in Saunders. If Houston Nutt wouldn't hire him...coaches know exactly what Saunders was doing. I think Hud fired him when he realized why Nutt didn't hire him.

Hud never fired him though. Admin forced Saunders out, while Hud kicked and screamed to keep him.

How does a college coach help get high school kids to pass ACT? This is a red flag. We're color blind?
You "Miss" the point, Ole Miss realized that he wasn't implementing their secret eligibility system the exact way they taught him.

If Saunders Miss deeds were so contrary, why did Ole Miss hire him THREE times.

He brought his Ole Miss System to UL and kept their "system" a secret.

Or he is innocent and was framed.

I guess we know why he kicked and screamed...

But they didn't hire him four times. That might be because he went off the reservation too often for compliance's liking.

Going back to the original 2011 article, one line jumped out at me.

" Saunders' work helping athletes with learning disabilities... "

So the SOB's argument for cheating was that if his actions weren't allowed it would amount to discrimination against the disabled?

    Nice.

An SEC attorney had to have come up with that.

Off the reservation meaning 'not being cautious enough.'

Conversely his only "crime" is telling students that if you don't know the answer, don't waste your time, and move on to the next question.

Yes, I can see moving on to get to all the questions you might know. Nobody in the business recommends turning in unanswered questions, as your scores not on wrong answers, but right ones. Thus always guess at all unknown before turning in the test.
