DaddyCajun!!
Anyone who says they can't get any worse didn't listen to both halves.

As far as the REFs...I personally heard at least 3 very questionable calls toward the end of the game! Our boys grew up tonight!
Was refering to the no call on the steal by JT and then the wave off of Mitchell's basket. Did not see it myself but only going off what Jay said. After all that effort finally showing up, this team deserves better but that's life on the road.Originally Posted by Rebel02
You might wanna restate that 10 out of 10, I say if this game was played at the dome with the run we had, we win!
Next year if they come, probably not, but if we were at home we would have won this one.
But you can't win on the road playing a horrible first half like that, you just can't.
I think that the cajuns are starting to click together now.
congrats to mitchell, turner, and cameron for a big game!
Im still not satisfied because its still a loss!
I think the next couple of games will show if we have improved or not?
Geaux UL!
I agree! Let's see if we can bring the ball down the court from now on and not have so many turnovers. 2nd half showed that if Cajuns don't turnover the ball so much, they will be ok.Originally Posted by UL_Cajuns
Team seemed to grow up tonight. Great comeback, but terrible first half. Missed free throws and referees prevented cajuns from winning. Southall getting into so much foul trouble obviously hurt as well.
Seems that Cajuns are better than Tenn, if not making so many mistakes. Tenn is not a NCAA tourney team. Need to continue to improve.
Satisfied no, Proud yes. Yes we played horrible in the first half, but we didn't quit. Shows great character for this team. I expect a few more bumps, especially from the new guys, but this team is gonna be something special. Hasn't football taught us anything? Never give up on our team....
Can I use that line?Originally Posted by Jeaux
Agreed, but I'm sure some of that is because he's having to bail out his teammates' errors a lot of times. If they can step up their defense, they can save a few fouls on Southall and keep him in the game.Originally Posted by DaddyCajun
I was glad to see the team put forth the effort to come all the way back to take the lead. Too bad that used up so much of their energy that it left little in the tank at the end. But the comeback is a very positive sign in the development of team chemistry. They seemed to have found themselves in the second half. Hopefully it will carry over to the next game and the ones following.
Geaux Ragin' Cajuns!!!
I believe Jay said that TN comes to Lafayette next year...Originally Posted by UL_Cajuns
