Glad to hear Valentino Hart is healthy and playing.

The guy has charisma on and off the court.

total route. 12 turnovers already. Southall in foul trouble from get go. Wingate magically started for Ten and is a force for them, despite reports saying he was out.

Cajuns have not scored in 2 minutes. just missed two free throws.

    36-23

Where is Southall??????????????? How many fouls does he have???????? I know we are playing on the road against some good teams but we are playing like we are scared, can not hold onto the ball, can't get rebounds, not shooting free throws, just NOT into OUR game!!!!

    DaddyCajun!!

ps Hope our Football team plays better than this!!!!!!!!!!!

    43-25 at half.

Cajuns are a bad team folks. May be able to compete for sunbelt title again, but a mediocre SEC type team will blow them out this year. 14 turnovers in first half. Bad shooting. Out hustled for loose balls. There is no answer at guard for ball handling or perimeter shooting.

Cajuns would lose this game 10 out of 10 times if it was played that many times. Look for more of the same against all the tough non-conference teams. I expect double digit losses against any decent NCAA tourney type team. And Tennessee may not be good enough for NCAAs, but still a route.

big mistake to pull him for the majority of the first half because of 2 fouls. The cajuns should have risked leaving him in there because they are 30 points worse than Tenn without Southall.

I am NOT throwing in the towel now, but these guys(JC's)will have to start steping up and playing like they are in D-1!

I am not throwing in towl either, but it is clear that Cajuns cannot compete on high level this year. No guard play whatsoever. Let's hope for a different story once sunbelt starts and cajuns can climb above .500 again.

What a bad year to play LSU again. LSU is a lot better than Tennessee.

It's two games into the season with a he-- of a lot of new faces. Mitchell is not a point guard, but has done a fair job during his time here. Like I've said before, this team will need time and hopefully they'll learn from these losses. It will be interesting to see if Coach Lee can keep the team from collapsing after the first half of the season is over. Is anyone wondering why Lee pushed for Southall now? He had an idea of what was possible this season. My two cents.

cajuns simply can't take ball up the court against against any average team. I don't see how they can physically compete against even a mediocre BCS team like Tennessee (Vols are in bottom half of SEC). Western Kentucky may beat cajuns by 20+ this year.
