That was a he'll of a comeback. Congrats to the kids and the coaches. That inside the park home run was awesome.

The winning play reminded me of UL's last play vs. Clemson in the CWS.

You're exactly right. Still didn't keep me from screaming like a kid when Lafayette pulled it off. Thank goodness that pitcher(Landrum) ran out of pitches.

Going into the Little League World Series, it was no secret that the Lafayette team could swing the bats with anyone in the 16-team field.

The 2005 Lafayette All-Stars sent this year's team t-shirts with the phrase_ "Cardiac Cajuns" printed on them. The team has earned the nickname after several late comebacks through tournament play. That wasn't the only present the team got that night.
