I think the Astros have the best draft philosophy. They just draft the best player available no matter what their needs are.

Well the Astros need the best players they can get because they need help at every position considering they are last in their division right now after making it to the NL title game last year.

That's impossible to say not knowing the kid. Every player is different. Some want to play college ball, some want to go to the pros and some aren't sure what they want. Also, in the baseball draft, the money offered a draftee doesn't always correlate to when the player is drafted. We'll just have to wait and see.
