There are some pretty strict rules for us(Scout and Rivals) in regards to the NCAA. We cannot conduct interviews during the camp, we have to wait until the camp is over and it must be done outside the complex.

For fans, its probably not a good idea to speak to them while they are on campus, because they are considered official recruits of the program during these camps by the NCAA. You see them anywhere off campus in town, there is no problem talking to them as long as the conversation is appropriate.
