There is no debate that he stated it, the question is did he jump the gun on the project? Knowing Coach Hud, he will push hard to get this project done at the end of the 2012. Knowing what I know about the project, it's a bit premature. But I do hope he get's what he wants.

$40 million is a lot of money. (well, not to Obama) I have no idea where this kind of money would come from (unless UL can find a way to tax Billionaires with corporate jets)

Sounds like you are referring to "shoppers high" it doesn't matter what they bought just that they spent some money Imelda Marcos was addicted to the drug.

Better to relish in the relish, or in this case, the good info

    "relish the money"....
you need more than a thesaurus, it's a verb not an adjective.

Ah yes... those infamous dotting the "T's" and crossing the "I's" that always seem to pop up....

Still waiting on those dotted T's and crossed I's to result in either a search for a new AD or a permanent hiring of SF.... But I am just being my impatient self

It may be premature, but I think that in just putting it out there, Hud helps to raise the excitement level and thus helps to get the donors ready to part with some serious money! This is just what we need! Now, if he can get that W-L thing moving in the right direction, maybe the cash flow will follow!
