It WAS a group made a long time ago and has no activity since its making. It was a group for us hence the members must be invited. That is pretty much all i can say about that. Oh by the way if we didn't love it, the game, why would we give our bodies our time and our life everyday to getting better and working harder than they day before. Just cause you don't see it, emotion, on our faces doesn't mean we don't feel it in our hearts. If we didn't love it we wouldn't be here.
Its a NINE game Season and game one is Troy.

Thanks for the response. I am sure you were not surpised by what was being said on this message board. The hearts of the true fans hurt just as much as the players. The true fans will be there this Saturday vs Troy. Good Luck the rest of the season! I will be there watching just like many others on this message board.

There is no reason that the cajuns cannot or should not travel to Lake Charles to play McNeese St. It was painfully obvious last night that the cajuns have a loooooong way to go to even the series and get to the same "fire in the butt" attitude that the McNeese St. players have. Suck it up David Walker and ask McNeese St. if the cajuns can play in Lake Charles next season. There is another "old score" to settle!

This game needs to and MUST be played again on a yearly basis/home & home gig! It's good for business.
Did you happen to witness the meltdown? It was uglier than the final score indicated.
Perilloux looks to be the real deal, congratulations.

Stevie is as big a company man as is BOP...As much as I cant stand "Bitter", his comments Sunday morning were 100% correct... As fans we NEED to be upset about what is going on and Stevie's comment's Saturday night after the game were as lame as I have heard....

The truth is out there and my handle indicates my feelings towards that $3.5 million Tiger Cage school... but the time has come for Cajun fans to act a little.. just a little.. like those folks and DEMAND something better in a coach...

Ricky, you have had 6 years..... You are a great guy to drink a beer with, but sorry... it's time to go

    Hi Z,

You'd think it would be a LOL, but they DID play it after the Ohio game. Glad they wised up. Even as a past member of the PoA, I've never understood why the band played that song SO MUCH. We all hated it.

It should be retired with Dr. A, as a tribute.

I sure hope that he gets enough rest and lets the ankle heal. The last thing we need is to have a nagging injury that wont go away.

I understand all of your points and i do agree that it wasnt the smartest thing. I have removed myself from the group. Speaking as a player we appreciate the support and appreciate the fans that are there every weekend no matter what. However there are a few things i dont agree with. One being an ex player from 06 on this site calling out past team-mates and telling ppl who created the group or who is an admin. As anybody knows that has played sports for UL or any TEAM knows that we are a family and some things should be kept quite. BUt that is just my opinon, all I know is things that go one with a FAMILY OR IN THE COMPLEX SHOULD STAY THERE! As for the Teams preception to ppl I cant say or control things, I just try to present myself in a way that my family and TEAM would/will be proud of. Hope this helps, see saturday at cajun field.

This question is asked in all seriousness.

Steve Pelloquin had a caller this morning who inquired why Fenroy was in the game on the play he was injured. The response was that Wallace was injured.

McNeese played 3 TBs on Sat. night (Leonard, Bush and Pendland - m'b Jones, too, I don't recall).

Now the question - Did the Cajuns have no other RB available to play in that situation?

Ragin' Cajuns Re: Did the band play "Respect"?

It always seems like the band gets more involved when we are down. Or right after a turnover. I thought I heard our band play something just about everytime McNeese scored.

Oh no...they played it. As I was walking up the stairs to go drown my sorrows They struck up the dumbest song imaginable at the time. Those of you who know me know I spent more than my fair share of time in the PoA, but even I was astonished that they were playing "Respect" after that drumming. No pun intended.
