_ Morel NO. Hundley MAYBE. There is a reason these guys haven't hardly taken a snap this season. If we had some 6'3"+ recievers, maybe. but we don't so we run the option every play. _

We might not have receivers that are 6'3" (other than Jordan Jackson) but our receivers are quick and just as athletic as any wide receiver corp in the Sun Belt. When we get them the ball, they make it happen.

I read somewhere that Fenroy was helped off of the field with an ankle injury. Anyone know his status?

Yes, it was a bad ankle sprain. I don't know how long though.

_ Hey it sucks, and the coaching and playcalling HAS TO GO! But if it doesn't, I'll still be here, every saturday cheering my heart out. For us true fans, you have to take it like a man. If your guys are getting the S#it beat out of them, you take it like a man. And cheer them on. What the heck is going on here? What is happening to UL that makes us keep losing games like this?
NO ONE WAS PREPARED TO PLAY FOOTBAL ON SATURDAY EXCEPT FOR MCNEESE. We only have like 5 plays total and 1 of them is the punt team. We are bad!! The coaches were not ready to play football.
WE HAVE A SOLD OUT CROWD AND WE LAY THE BIGGEST ROTTEN EGG I HAVE EVER SEEN. Something is wrong here. How embarrasing! Everything thing Bustle has built the last few years is back to zero. We need to go back to spring drills.

haha, yup. i have nightmares about our option. I keep waking my girlfiend up screaming, "no its 3rd and 26 and they have stacked 14 guys in the box" and then in slow motion i see mike d. fake the give to fenroy and get tackled for a 3 yard gain.

Otion 1:

Well, we can't move down to 1-AA because the Southland would be embarrased to have us, and besides, we couldn't compete anyway.

So, the only thing we could do is to go independent and travel the country playing only the top 25 every year. You know, kind of like the Harlem Globetrotters.

Otion 2 (and the best one):

Scrap the football program and give all the money to Coach Robe and the women's sports. We could tear Cajun Field down and build a brand new, state of the art baseball field there.



Seriously though, Walker and the rest of the apologist can go jump in a lake. This program stinks. We as fans and alum deserve better. The problem is, we aren't getting what we deserve.
