Why does it take only 10 years for USF to have a top 25 team big east team and BCS centender. and ULL been around for decades and decades and the cajuns cant even play a bowl game and are still stuck in the crappy sunbelt conf. ???wtf

Money. Florida is blessed with many people and therefore much more tax dollars. Florida, population 18 million; Louisiana, population 4.2 million. Florida is generally more affluent, so more people with more money is more tax dollars. Good athletic programs have one thing in common, they are well funded. We are not and until we are we will be a subpar team, with some occasional studs.
