After last week, I would think that the team would fix the dumb errors in technique. I guess I was wrong, they seem to not know how to tackle AT ALL!!

When Troy running back Kenny Cattouse sees vermilion and white his senses become keen, his reflexes become quicker and his touchdown count becomes astronomical.
"I guess I just have good games against these guys," Cattouse said with a shrug. "I don't know what it is. I had a feeling I'd do ok coming into this game, though."
Cattouse has 13 touchdowns in his career; seven have come against the Cajuns.

I thought I saw Brandon Stokley out there last night. It wasn't, it was Richie Falgout.
All he did was catch every single ball thrown his way. 5 passes thrown his way, 5 passes caught.
31 yards and no drops, it's how you keep drives alive. Yes, on the drive these catches came in, UL scored a TD.
ps Sorry about the quality of the pics, I was under the overhang not on the sidelines.

As a team, there were way too many drops last night, especially in the first half. I was glad to see Falgout in the game making plays
I lost it when we had those consecutive drops early in the game. It was good that Falgout had some production, and hopefully he gets in the game earlier in the future. It isn't the first game, either. He threw a touchdown on the gadget play earlier in the year.
Falgout is not flashy, not big, not fast, but .... he gets the job done!
I think I might compair him more to Bartel than Stokely. Either way, we have a good one on our hands.

Even though UL's football team showed improvement in its Sun Belt Conference opener, one that came against the preseason league favorite, Cajun head coach Rickey Bustle wasn't prepared to rate his team against the rest of the league on Monday.
"I haven't seen any of the other teams, so I can't say if we were good enough to beat anyone else," Bustle said. "I know we were going to have to play a heck of a lot better against Troy than we had been playing, and we did that."
The Cajuns' 48-31 loss to the Trojans opened the league season for both teams, and UL again steps out of league play this weekend at Central Florida. The Golden Knights, coming off a 56-20 win over Conference USA rival Memphis, picked up votes in both major polls this week.

UCF Coach George O'Leary won't treat it any differently in the preparation department, but on paper at least this week's home matchup with Louisiana-Lafayette seems heavily skewed in the Knights' favor.
Lafayette (0-4) is coming off a three-game home stretch but has yet to post its first win of the season. The Ragin' Cajuns also rank in the bottom third of the 120 Bowl Subdivision programs in both scoring offense (93rd) and scoring defense (104th).
And although the Knights' 56-20 win over Memphis has seen their national offensive and defensive ranks jump to 20th and 65th, respectively, O'Leary said his team is showing a focus this year that won't allow it to overlook any opponent.

Did he really say that?
