    Again. Hardy is passing bad legislation. A "C" average is meaningless because each school system is on a different grade/schedule system.

    Think about this. School A has a straight 4x4 block. Athletes there take athletic p.e. (A) and fluff elective (A) English ( let's say F) and Math (F). THAT STUDENT PLAYS!

    School "B" has 7 periods. Athletic p.e. and fluff elective=A. That student can still fail 2 classes, but must maintain a "C" or better in 3 more classes.

    Did Mr. Hardy not think of this? Jeeze
