LOUISIANA La. - This is getting to be habit-forming.
Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns men's tennis team won its 19th straight home match with 7-0 victory over Arkansas-Little Rock on Saturday at Cajun Courts to complete a perfect 8-0 home mark this season and a 10-6 regular season.
The win is also the gives the Cajuns their fourth victory over a Sun Belt Conference opponent this spring.
The Cajuns started off strong by sweeping the doubles point. Evgehnii Corduneanu and Amanjot Singh breezed by Nihal Aduari and Eduardo Autran 8-1.
In singles, Robin Ley was the first to finish as he defeated Edson Abrau. Shaun Ellison and Kerei Abakar finished simultaneously sealing the victory for the Cajuns.
Ellison won 6-2, 6-1 over Rain Roigas. Abakar won 6-2, 6-3 to knock off Karlis Miljois.
Dusan Tabak extended his win streak to eight games by defeating Aduani 6-2, 6-7, 10-5.
