next year will be rebuilding year, but rightfully so with all we are losing,
hubbell, geith, satriano, bulliard, zimmerman, parker, porrier, patello, fontenot, marvel, goulas future is bright but we will be young next year, very young. if we dont bring in some pop in the batting order, it could make for a long year or growing pains.
Hey, I hope you are right, what I meant was, I could understand a mediocre year next year with all we are losing. They very well could be better, but if they aren't I could understand why.

Arms, legs and hopefully bats are on the way. We aren't replacing the '27 Yankees (sadly).
Almost....If you can help me understand something, I may buy in to next season. We graduate 13 seniors, therefore we loose alot on the mound and at the plate. Well, we have signed some good young arms for the future. One may be good enough to help us at some point next yr on ocassions. We all know there is a transition for any HS player coming in. We have signed some juco arms for immediate help. For the past 2-3 years, the pink elephant has been hitting, but yet we signed a few HS bats. Where is the immediate help we need? Futhermore, where has it been the past 2 yrs? Are we really depending on incoming freshman to contribute "that much?". Ain't gonna happen. Do we really think these new kids will be 300 hitters immediately?

Robichaux's appeal has been submitted to Sun Belt Office. Awaiting response.

Josh, what is the norm on these type of descisions? Is there a history of overturns in these senario's?

Not sure about the history. The Sun Belt has a policy concerning ejections, which call for an immediate one-game suspension. (I believe the SEC requires three ejections before a suspension.) If appeals aren't made within 24 hours then the coach must sit out the next game. He appealed by 6:30 p.m. today and is now just waiting to hear a response.
I got to see the video and listen to the audio of what resulted in the ejection. Robe never cursed or made contact with the umps from what I saw. (In fact, one ump put his hands on Robe, and he told him to get his hands off him.) The umps couldn't handle the fact that Robe called the guys out for missing the call. Mistakes are going to happen, but no excuses for all four umps to miss that play.
