Obviously you've drank so much of the kool-aid that you blindly defend no matter what. Do you honestly not agree with anything at all that has been said? You have come back with something on every statement. Even further, a couple of times you pulled the political trick and did not even respond with a relevent statement, but brought up some other point that was made previously. Regardless of the season's end result, playing bad baseball is not acceptable for this program. Today, they played very bad baseball and it is not the first time this season.

Its 2 games a year!!! You're like a Monroe fan. As long as they beat us in football, it doesnt matter if they won anything else.

Yes they've had our number the past few years, but they also make a concerted effort to get those wins by using weekend arms in many of those games. Those two games dont make our season. We cant start selling out to win midweek games just to beat them. We beat LSU without throwing weekend guys. We could've beaten Rice 2 times with midweek guys.

And now, for at least the second year in a row, his team's blown it at the end of the year. This being one of his best teams same as last year.

i agree with what you are saying, but in this case those 2 games might have made our season

That's the same mentality people had when we beat Kansas State in football. It doesn't matter that we stepped up and beat better teams. We need to beat the teams we are supposed to. When you beat the better teams you have a chance for something special. If we don't choke in mid week games against nicholls, slu, northwestern, we are in a regional today.

That's my point. If we keep ending up with the same damn results then something needs to change. I can't sit here and say that I go to practice and know what the hell Tony does with the team at all times, but whenever you the same things happen several times a year (tanking games you really need to win) you can't keep making the same excuses. It just seems that its time to try something different. If Robe wants to try approaching things just a little different, then I'm all for it, but it doesn't look like thats gonna happen.

No kool-aid...just like correcting those with incorrect information.

I have to come back to correct those who walk and talk blindly. I have not pulled any polictical tricks, but factually pointed out that the SLU coach that some here want is suffering the same fate as us right now. Except what's worse for them is they were likely IN the tournament, but then went 2 and BBQ and are now likely out....again. Yes, I said that SLU was IN the tournament this season, while we were likely out (before the tournaments started). Now we are more than likely both out.

I'm waiting for some of you guys to agree with what I have said. Everytime I bring up a FACT about the SLU coach not winning the SLC tournament and/or making a regional, someone makes a wise crack about Tony. I ask the same question, do YOU have to be so defensive no matter what?

I will agree that we lost too many games we had no reason losing. I think we went 3 and 7 against the Southland.
