Preliminary says a sprain.
Will need an MRI to know the full extent of the injury.
In the post-game video, when the two teams were filing past each other, I saw someone in uniform on crutches in the line. She was putting some weight on the bad leg. That would appear to be a good sign that it may not be an ACL. Also, if it were that bad, I doubt the coaches would be letting her go out to the post-game line.
An ACL is one of the most deceptive knee injuries because it is surprisingly the least painful.
I'm optimistic that its just a sprain, but she's done for this regional unless she is super woman and heals overnight.
If we win out today and Tenn loses 1 game is there a chance that the Cajuns host the super regional against Okie State?

Unlikely, as there at least two factors as I recall that come into play. First, you have to have submitted a bid to host a super regional. Second, the higher seed from the higher regional is given preference. For example, the #2 seed from region #3 will be preferred over #2 from region #14. But #2 from region #14 will be preferred over #3 from region 3. Cajuns are #3 seed, we needed Georgia Tech or Liberty to win region #14.
I cannot guarantee that this is still the procedure used, but it has been in the past.
