Is this an April Fool's joke for those of us where not fortunate enough to listen to the game?

Indians thwart Cajuns
JONESBORO, Ark. - Arkansas State's Indians played better than the University of Louisiana at the plate, on the mound and in the field here Friday, and for the visiting Ragin' Cajuns that was a lethal combination.
The Indians out-hit the Cajuns 9-5, ASU pitcher Taylor Fowler scattered five hits in a complete-game effort and the Tribe turned four infield double plays on the way to a 6-2 win in the opening game of their Sun Belt Conference series at Tomlinson Stadium.
The 15th-ranked Cajuns (23-6, 2-2) scored in only the fifth inning, when Justin Merendino's two-run homer cut an early ASU lead to 3-2. However, after Merendino's homer, Fowler (4-3) faced the minimum number over the final 13 batters and UL never got another runner past first base.
"He (Fowler) took our lefties out of the ball game," said Cajun coach Tony Robichaux. "Every time we had something going he made the big pitch he needed. But when you score in only one inning out of nine, that's not good enough."
I guess it was wishful thinking on my part.Originally Posted by NOCajun
