Now DIX got themselves DQ'd. they would have been in the running but they didn't let the boy in because they're too tight to get the right kind of liquor liscense. We will have to make another trip to check this out. The food that is....

I have to go with the Big Petes burger with a side of the home made chips and they usually have game day specials. The best burgers were the old guy that used to set up the bbq pit next to the strip at about midnight, but he's probably no longer around

Now I never did a Judice burger before this thread, but they have a hell of a burger although a little smallish. I can taste the grilled onions & hot melted cheese & their special sauce as I type.

Now Southside Bakery was disappointing. They had potential but blew it with bad service. I told them I was doing a city wide survey & asked whatkind of burger they recommended & the girls who workde there had never even tried one of their burgers. No enthusiasm for their own food? Not good.

Can you give a reason for your confidence in the Station's best arond guarantee.
Did you ever make it to Morvant's?

Besides, we gotta start making plans for a road trip game this season. I'm definitley feeling Florida on my mind. I want to go dressed like Troy Landry. I wonder if they's let me into Florida's staduim toting a double barrel? Might not ought to try that these days.

Yeh, it's their choice how they run their business. There were like 6 or 7 people waiting on like a room full of air when we came in. We were then informed that they couldn't serve us because my son is a teenager. It's not like Champ's, Pete's, Fat Pat's, Buffalo Wild Wing's, Hooter's, Walk On's, Chili's, Fezzo's, Coyote Blues, Geno's, Legend's, & about two hundred other places in town don't serve alcohol. It kind of limits their ability to market themselves though.

I got the hat. I saw the prefect Swamp people shirt at Wal-Mart the other day. It had Troy's picture on it & a caption of "See ya later alligator." It didn't have a tag at check out & I din't have time to get it checked. Hope they have one later.

It's a bar that serves food not a reStaurant that serves booze. I think it's nice to have a option where you don't have to worry about children. It's also all bar tops, no tables which usually means no children.

I know I've read about many that have referenced this burger which I also enjoyed, and although I haven't been there yet I plan to pass and give it a try. I'll post a result of the visit when it happens, although I don't know if anything could match how good my memory tells me the original Cajun Blaze was.
The weird thing is the owners of BurgerSmith is the original owners of BurgerTyme.
I wonder why BurgerSmith does not serve a cajun blaze when they invented it years ago.

I think Tons is by the intersection of Pinhook Road (West Main) & Broussard Highway (South Morgan).
