Missing that game should count for something in this world, but I know I'll never get any credit.

Have you tried the bacon wrapped Jalapenos from Rouse's? I had some down the Bayou the other day. Mae La Dat was good stuff rat dare. Tell you what. You guys take a vote of your favorite & I'll bring a case plus a case of good old Bud Light. How many bacon wrapped jalapenos & stuffed shroons should I bring?
Newcastle Brown Ale and Natural Light.

You gonna make me go back & start this thing all over again? That's a heck of a guarantee. I did one of theirs in the past & don't recall anything specail. For instance, with Fat Pat's the bread is incredulicious. The mile high burger with the grilled onions & peppers & the fries are the ginchiest.

Now I never did a Judice burger before this thread, but they have a hell of a burger although a little smallish. I can taste the grilled onions & hot melted cheese & their special sauce as I type.

Now Southside Bakery was disappointing. They had potential but blew it with bad service. I told them I was doing a city wide survey & asked whatkind of burger they recommended & the girls who workde there had never even tried one of their burgers. No enthusiasm for their own food? Not good.

Can you give a reason for your confidence in the Station's best arond guarantee.

I appreciate the invite Big Daddy. I will look for you to say hello. I am inviting myself to the Peppa Pit for the first game though. I figure I better hit them up first because If this thing gets as crazy as I think it's going to, I won't have the energy to hang with those young whipper snappers by the fourth or fifth game. Besides, we gotta start making plans for a road trip game this season. I'm definitley feeling Florida on my mind. I want to go dressed like Troy Landry. I wonder if they's let me into Florida's staduim toting a double barrel? Might not ought to try that these days.

Kyle...you can't beat a double cheeseburger with an egg on it from Judice Inn. But Fat Pat's comes close. Real close. If I hadn't grown up eating Judice Inn...Fat Pat's would be my choice for best burger in town.

I'm a Judice, so I'm partial, but I love me a burger from Legend's as well. As for tailgating meat, go to Adrien's and get the hamburger steak. Burger wrapped in bacon and stuffed with jalapenos, 2 per pack for about 4.50. Sooo good. As for beer, you have to narrow down what types of beer you like. So do you like wheats, lagers, etc?

How does that work with the special sauce? It sounds pretty good about 0600 Hrs. what time do they open in themorning?

As far as the beer goes, I'm almost 50 years old & am now realizing what a sheltered life I've led. Between you & Bouzi I feel lost. I always just drank Bud when I was younger, Old Milwaukee & Milwaukee's best when I was young & poor, Bud light & Coors light when I got steady gameful employment, Michelob light & Corona when I started feeling schnozzy, & just thought that the difference between beers was if it came on tap, alcoholics drank it. If it came in a can working folks & poor folks drank it. If it came in a bottle uppity rich folks drank it. But if it said Miller lite, someone who drank BUD peed in the can & passed it to the next guy to try it.

The station and fat pats are very similar, I prefer the stations jalapeño bun and I think the pattie is a lil more spicy. I prefer things with more spicy, but fat pat's is up there as well. Dix is also a good burger that is similar in style to fat pats and the station. I guess it's just what you prefer, my taste buds like the station the best. The scenery at lunch time isn't bad either.
