Yes on both counts. He has also played on the defensive side of the ball.

He has offers at QB from McNeese St and Arkansas St. But he is being recruited as an athlete or OLB/DE by most programs. North Carolina offered him at OLB, UL offered him as an athlete, Chavis at LSU is coming to watch him during spring football, the are looking at him as a OLB. Texas A&M are looking at him as a TE/HB or OLB. At 6-4, 215 he is still growing.
