He made sportscenter for going past Iverson and dunking on Igoudala. You can see the dunk at the Celtics website (www.celtics.com) Just click on video highlights for the game last night vs. the Sixers.
that was a sweet jam by Orien. made iverson look slow as a snail and made Iguodala look like he couldn't hang. He's definitely helping the image of UL basketball, IMO.
Good job Orien!
God Bless
GEAUX UL RAGIN CAJUNS!!!!!!!!!
We'll see how Orien does guarding D-Wade...
I release that the tournament is in full effect, but I'll be bouncing around. Speaking of the tournament, who's winning the whole thing?
Orien get the surprise chance to put the game into overtime with a 3 and is straight but it bounces off the rim

Q: I follow all the NBA teams and was wondering. Are you guys crazy!! I love your stuff and check the mailbox every week. Call me crazy, but where are the guys making a silent impact? We need to see the players who don't get the big stats but make an impact anyway, like Shavlick Randolph, DID U NOT SEE THE 13 REBOUND GAME!!! Guys like Luther Head, orien Greene when the Celtics beat Philly without Delonte.
NBA Freak - Anaheim, Calif.
RR: Randolph has been interesting to follow for sure. He doesn't play much for a couple of months and then he pulls down 13 boards in 33 minutes in a big win. It will be an interesting summer in Philadelphia and Randolph could see an increased role next season.
Head spent most of the first half of the season in our Top 10. He's starting again with both Tracy McGrady and David Wesley out, but with Yao's emergence and the presence of Rafer Alston (who missed a month and a half earlier in the season), he's not taking as many shots as he did the first time T-Mac was injured.
We've been pretty impressed by Greene. He hasn't put up any significant numbers, but he has been pretty steady for a rookie point guard and he has the best hands on defense of any rookie. It seems like he gets at least two steals in every game he plays, no matter how much playing time he gets.
WALTHAM, Mass. (AP) - Celtics rookie Orien Greene was arrested and charged with driving his sport utility vehicle at more than 90 mph on a city street in this Boston suburb.
The point guard was arraigned Monday and practiced Tuesday. He was expected to play Wednesday night against the Knicks in New York.
"He will be disciplined by the team, significantly," Celtics owner Wyc Grousbeck said.
Greene's SUV was spotted early Monday by an officer who said Green slowed and accelerated several times, "which the officer believed was evasive movements," Detective Sgt. Tim King said. The police report did not indicate tests for alcohol or other substances, King said.
Charges of failing to stop for a police officer and operating recklessly were dismissed upon payment of $100 fines for each. Charges including speeding and marked lane violation, for which Greene was deemed responsible, were placed on file with the court, and the case closed.
"I know Orien to be a wonderful kid," said Keith Kreiter, Greene's representative. "And even though he made a mistake here, I know this isn't going to be a pattern."

This is only news because he is a professional athelete. We all make mistakes. I (like alot of people) have driven over 90 mph. The only difference is that I have not been caught going that fast.
Life goes on.
